It all started when…

Chef Corey’s life started out behind the plate. Not the kind of plate you eat from; he was a baseball player. After watching his grandmother prepare meals, he soon traded his home plate for a saucer. With his grandmother guidance, he began preparing meals for his friends and family.  Still not convinced that cooking was his calling, he attended college for media production. Filming a cooking show with a friend that is a professional chef, ignited the cooking bug in Corey and inspired him to put his true talents to work. He developed his culinary skills while assisting with catering during breaks in filming.

After a health scare, Corey embarked on a journey of clean living and eating; A healthier diet was instrumental in his healing transformation. This prompted Corey to do extensive research on herbs, vitamins, minerals, and clean eating. Corey has since become a professional chef encouraging his clients to eat and live their healthiest life possible. Corey loves the challenge of cooking for those who have made a commitment to healthy eating. Corey is inspired by Caribbean, Asian, and Southern cuisine adding his unique flair to every dish.
